The local constabulary were keen to stress the importance that 'all members be properly protected' in a recent Naturalists awareness ride.

Only when they stopped to check for damage did it become clear that two of the cyclists helmets had fallen off.

Whilst sunglasses proved popular among the riders, there is no brand of sunglasses on the planet which is able to protect us from the white glow of Richards arse!

Nice little Sunday ride on the bike. I've got my camera, sunglasses, backpack. I've got a funny feeling I've forgotten something...

The recently built roundabout had caused real confusion for nudists on their way to the beach.
I don't trust children. They're here to replace us.

Another poor(ish) turn out by the judges this week - 1 on leave, and another too busy working on something I can't mention, because it's not happening  . This week's top 5:

5th Siani with "I know what it is ....it's the St Tropez section of the Tour de France" (16 Points)

4th pharvey with "Christ, not only do these bloody GPS Navigation Systems give you the wrong directions, they give you the wrong bloody dress code!!!" (17 Points)

3rd Jimbob with "An hour on a bike naked would be 'anus horribilis'" (19 Points)

2nd JD with "So, that's tread marks on your arms and legs, and a skid mark on your seat." (21 Points)

1st place goes to Bristolian with "The yellow leader’s shirt was prized more than ever. Wrapping it around the seat made all the difference" (25 Points)

Thank you very much to all who participated. Better luck next time to those who didn't win.
Bristolian you now have until 23:59 on 1 Sept 13 to post the next entry. Competition results will be announced on 6 Sept 13.
