Atrocious VAR stuff and explanations! But it's balanced out somewhat. Palace keeper should have been sent off. City get a poor, poor penalty, the defender got contact on the ball. Keeper who should have been sent off saves the penalty that shouldn't have been given...

I haven’t looked up the rules, but his feet are within the box (just) although his hand is clearly outside the box - presumably that’s a foul?

Neither have I but would've thought that 'handling outside the box' speaks for itself??

Although I agree, they change the rules so often these days, especially VAR related, it’s difficult to keep up to date with everything!!
