Shakeman, I wonder if the problem when small businesses recruit is that potential quality employees might overlook the adverts because they see it as a 'dead-end' job with no potential for progress? I have a feeling (and it's just a feeling; I have no experience of business in this country!) that staff who are happy with a 'come in, do, go home, forget' type job might well be less inclined to do a good job.Shakeman wrote:Shake Central FOOD KIOSK MV" pay 350 baht per day for the trial period for the first 3 months which then increases to 450 baht per day. Plus daily target related earnings and tips and after the three month Trial period we also pay insurance.
However I’m afraid what we have experienced over the first 5 months of build and trading is just unbelievable. Wont bore you all to tears as I’m sure every employer experiences it in Hua Hin.
If you know anyone who wants work , can speak some English and wants to earn possibly up to 14,000 baht per month .Please get in touch
Have a great day
You've mentioned in your thread that you're thinking of expanding and having outlets elsewhere. Do you put this information in your job adverts? Do you let employees know that there are promotion prospects of managing stores as the company expands etc...?
