These are basic tests and questions any responsible alt practitioner would conduct or wish to see.
This is a case of being specific as to which alt paractitioner would have me in trouble for flaming
so I had to blame all alt paractitioners for the bad practices of the only one I have met
A bit like blaming all orthodox doctors nurses and healthcare workers
I have only seen one Alt Practitioner in my life and he tried to sell me his remedy for 10,000Bt and never even counted how many limbs i had a mistake he has repeated on this forum
It's a curious kind of medicine that sickens you in the morning and perks you up at night.
now who is misleading? the liver produces cholesteral in your sleep simmvastatin reduces the livers ability to produce it.
because i stupidly

(i admit when i am wrong) got it wrong the cholesteral was building up and in the morning causing the pain a bike ride and it went away i thought it was gout as i had read this thread i tried things but did not advise anyone i was just informing members how it was going It would have been irresponsible of me to have found out and just left members thinking i had a cure.
A responsibility some odd member should take on board
As for the itching (and its on my bum as well KD) Dr polpat warned me of it when i was changed from Atorvastatin to simmvastatin. He even gave me a cream which i use.
Firstly Atorvastatin can be taken morning or night whereas Simmvastatin must be taken at night
the reason for my change was firstly COST and secondly a trial over three months with blood checks to see if i achieved the same results. The results were actually better its only me being a prat that screwed it up
KD i am on low doses for a very simple reason i have a doctor whose holy creed from day one was to get me on the lowest doses of all medications to allow me a secure as possible life and lifestyle
When i returned from the UK i was taking a total of 16 pills a day and high doses atorvastatin 80Mg for one example
Some meds were cut completely all the others reduced mostly based on my blood tests
and in particular my weight and fitness
