Yeah I understand.... Like in Fish n Chips.... But I always think of the thick kettle chips served as pub fare in US pubs.... I don't think I've seen them in Asia but easy to do.... just thick round potato chips...

Big fat chunky chips in my world, are not french fries, to me french fries are those skinny little things served up with your burger, you would not go in a chippy and ask for "cod and french fries please" now would ya.

That's what makes this forum really interesting, is people from all over the world having there point of view, long live the humble chip.

Looking forward to the meet up, just starting to get the feel good factor.
