Unless your electric is billed by the developer of the estate, then the name on the bill tells you who`s name the meter is in. You really need a Thai speaker with you to set it up.

Back to this question. Anybody know if the PEA will do that? My electric bill is in the owner's name, and if I want to take a trip longer than nine days (the grace period for paying) I risk coming home to a powerless house.
