Thanks T.I.G.R. I am still in town, not doing any foodbiz at this time. If someone is interested in talking about starting a Biz im available to talk.
There are 2 Mex - American brothers who are in the process of buildout on a Mexican sit down restuarant across the street from where my place was on the night market. They are a few weeks to a month from opening. Very nice guys and I think there food will be authentic.
As for Burgers, There is a new place called Gracies American burger grill @ You-Yen restuarant one block up the beach from Coco 51 You can get a burger and a great choice of Thai food and a great Gulf view.
