I dont know if you are implying that I am unfamiliar with life in Thailand, I have got about 9 years which is not a lot and do not say I know it all merely in thi instance I think the cinemas stance is wrong for their business

This sort of story is used by therapists when determining if a patient can see or question the relevance of 'shoulds' used by other people. If he can't, the therapist has a long way to go before the patient can address his own 'shoulds'.

Indeed. There is definitely a difference between the wrongs and rights of 'providing a movie with a sound-track for speakers of [x y or z] language', who happen to be largely represented in a given area, and providing sound tracks in the international, and film's native, language.

This upsets me as I was looking forward to Maleficent.
As stated last week, I will contact head office later today. If there any others out there who feel likewise, then the more who contact them, the more chance of them taking action quickly.

I have tried the website several times this morning, but keep getting the same answer. I'm away for most of the day, any feedback might miss one or two showings.

7 movies on at Hua Hin. All Thai or Thai dubbed. Western offerings are: Maleficent, Zulu, How to Train Your Dragon 2 - but dubbed in Thai. If you want to practice your Thai with subtitles in English there's King Naresuan 5, Pob-na-Pluak, Hong Hoon.
It's beginning to seem like English sound track is out for the low tourist season.

I did write to them last week, and as expected received no response. I will now start my relentless daily hastening in an attempt to get a response for all of us regarding their policy on Original Soundtrack movies. Last time it took over 20 daily hasteners before they started talking, and I don't expect it to be any different this time around.
Of course, it could be that they've tried it for 12 months, and in their opinion, it does not make financial sense to continue. Watch this space.
Well, I've not had a response from the cinema yet, so I can't claim any personal success from my daily hasteners regarding a lack of Original Soundtrack Movies at Hua Hin Cinema. However, they have broken the trend and introduced an Original Soundtrack movie today (not a Thursday, but a Saturday).
