Done all this thanks but no success.
Best advice was from DB to go in history and find the file I opened previously, worked out perfectly.

I had an interesting one recently. I was going to be away for when my 90 day report was due, so thinking I had seen a post on here saying they had applied on-line in advance of their actual first application date, I did the same and got rejected, with a note in the reply, saying something like, 'naughty, applications can only be made 15 days in advance of the due date'. Fair enough, so when I had gone a couple of days past the earliest application date, I tried again, and this time it was accepted. I had no idea you had more than one bite at the cherry.

So you can report that you're here even though you're not. What a joke!

If you’re not in-country then you don’t need to do a 90 day report - maybe caller meant he was away from home but still in Thailand?

Big surprise. In 2023, all my applications were approved. In 2024, all my applications were rejected. In 2025, I submitted my first application today and it was approved today. I've always done the same thing, so what happened last year?

Did you leave the country last year ? If so every time you return you must go to immigration as it is considered a 1st time for 90 days.

Even if he had, having to file a report every 90 days, they can’t have all been 1st time reports.

I only repeat what the lady at immigration told me, every time you leave the country and return you must report your 90 days in person at immigration.

Yes correct, but it's every time you return that you have to report in person, once this is done you should be able to do online but doesn't always work. After we reported at immigration, done the following 90 days report online but was rejected and had to go to immigration. Luck of the draw perhaps?

Definitely luck of the draw comes into it, in fact I’m fairly certain that I’ve managed to do a first report online after returning from an overseas trip!! In fact if you look at April last year you’ll see that many of us confirmed that we’d managed to do the online report after returning from overseas - maybe this is a new rule that they’ve recently introduced?
