Evidence of how joined up the Immigration system is. I did my check electronically on the 6th Jan (due 20th Jan). I've received my renewal notice for 20 Jan today :?

I thought the limits were 5 days before or 7 days after the due date. It may have kicked yours out for being too early?

On line submissions have to be made a minimum of 10 days before it’s due - I think you can do it up to 2 weeks before the due date so BB did it on the first available date (20-14=6).

No, those limitations were extended. My entry definitely was accepted.

Taken from the Thai Immigration website,

4. The notification must be made within 15 days before or after 7 days the period of 90 days expires.

I applied on-line yesterday for my 90-day extension 20 days before it was due. I received a new approval to keep in my passport in less than an hour. Excellent service!

Hello all,
I have a slight problem. When I went on line for my 90 days I was asked to enter the CAPTCHA which was fine as I could see the characters.
But later I wanted to check the status and again was asked for the CAPTCHA but the box was blank, therefore I could not enter the site.
Has anyone come across this and is there a solution?

Yes to do my husband report and it worked but same problem also when I wish to reenter, so now I am stuck on both browsers

Can you try looking at your “history” and see if that helps?

Depending on the browser you were using, most have a search function to find previous files you’ve opened and it’s possible that if you can find the file you opened earlier it will have the same Captcha?
