Just to add that the 22 cases at Dole today are all Thai. The other two cases are a child age 3 and a baby 1 day old.

If my translation is correct (please confirm clever people), the Governor has lifted another restriction, with effect from tomorrow. Cinemas can re-open with usual cleanliness rules applying. No food or drink to be consumed.

Sorry, I mis-typed. 3 days old. Yes mum was a community infection in Nong Phlab (where the Dole cluster is). She was tested prior to being admitted to Hua Hin hospital to give birth.

Yes. With distancing and cleanliness. Seating arranged in pairs with gaps of 2 seats between pairs (never been a problem in soundtrack showings). Staff must wear clean and proper clothes with masks and gloves and no direct contact with customers, eg trays for payment and change. And, as you say, no popcorn or anything else.

^^ Personally, I don't want to see any tourists until I've had my 2nd jab.

Yes

, but I think October is very optimistic. My 2nd Jab should be early November, with the youngsters coming after me.
I think realistically they are looking at mid-December. October to mid-December are generally quiet periods anyway.

The numbers are pie in the sky yet again. It's no where near what reality will be. The same crapola that TAT spouts all the time.
It wouldn't surprise me at all if they open the door, and very few come.
