Hot???? Even my other half couldn't handle it although it is a different kind of spice to Thailand

Francois, many thanks for the link - a whole new world of great recipes etc. thanks again, can't wait to start making 'lime pickle' for myself. Shouldn't have any problem getting enough sunlight as per the recipe!
