If you start to see little fluffy clouds, and some really bright colours and the lawn starts going up and down like the sea,i will have a big basin full of those in garlic and chilli sauce and a large bottle of Chang to wash it down with....aroy. :cheers: :D :cheers:

My wife, and her Mom (a chef), both from Cha Am area, said most Thais don't eat that type, but many Lao people will.

Near rivers you will see poor Thais rummaging around picking these things up, having tried them they are certainly only to be eaten as the last resort, NOT as a delicacy.
If it's within arms reach, there's nothing to worry about!!
