I guess if they chop, dice, mix and spin enough, they can come up with just about any number rating they want. Well while Thailand is close to the bottom of the Peace Index.
On a different rating scale they are rather high up on what is known as the Global Piece Index. It is a qualitative/subjective measure also, take a look around and see if you are not stunned by global quality pieces!
