No mention has been made of reporting accidents to the Tourist Police – has anyone tried to use them? How good are the Tourist Police in Hua Hin?
According to following pages http://www.huahinafterdark.com/tourist- ... ua-hin.htm & http://www.tourismhuahin.com/tourist-in ... huahin.php they can be reached by phone on 1155 and all the officers are supposed to speak reasonable English.
Is that telephone number manned 24/7 in Hua Hin, how good is their response in case of emergency and for your (and their) protection do they record all calls?
