A further update................. South East pharmacy, who I've been led to believe supply the whole of Thailand have said they used to have it, but can't get it any more. They said customers are regularly requesting it.
So Plan C it was. Lazada will deliver between 17th and 20th January.
Thoughts........... Maybe even a trip to Silirat Hospital in Bangkok could be fruitless. My doctor this morning did say that they expect foreign patients to bring supplies with them from their home country.
A couple of posters have said they've been getting their injections from Bangkok Hospital - it might be worth checking in advance to make sure they too aren't being affected by the supply problem. Being late with the injection feels like shite - check now before you feel the same as me

What do you mean by 'types of operations'. Is this over and above the injection?

If me I would make sure that what you get from Lazada is the real deal with the applicable Mfg/Exp dates and approval references.
The hospital will administer, so I will trust them to validate.

I require the B12 injection on a regular basis because of an operation I had in the UK.
The injection is required because the area of my stomach where a tablet would be absorbed is no longer there. Hence, an injection becomes essential.
Okay, thanks BB. I had never heard of a tablet version before. My sister and I both have this deficiency, so it appears it might be hereditary in our case. Or just getting old!
My injections have arrived, and they look very genuine to me, but I'm sure the hospital will confirm Monday.
Only problem is an expiry date of Aug'21, meaning I have 43 injections more than I'll be able to use. To any of you guys who genuinely need the injection, if in fact there is a supply problem at the moment (and it seems there is), I have 43 injections sat in my fridge that I can't use. Just ask, and I will be happy to give you a couple free of charge,

Stomach area or not, B 12 doesn't absorb well through the stomach wall. Sublingually is absorbs just fine. You can order sublingual B 12 from overseas. iherb is where I get mine.
My final word on this (honest ). I was in Fascino, Market Village this morning, and saw they had the exact same product that I purchased from Lazada on sale (at double the price). So I'm not sure why clinics and some pharmacies are having a problem obtaining it. Even at double the price, it is cheap, and well worth knowing they sell it.
