I mix it with diet coke as i don't want to get fat...
That statement proves that sansong does make you blind. After drinking it do you find that ou resemble Bradd Pitt.

I still see it in the odd off-licence but believe it's not for sale.
It was the old name for Sang Som. They relaunched with an upmarket red label version as well but only seen rarely seen but worth a try. Guaranteed to get your eyesight back in one week.

My final point here is that you are comparing apples with oranges here. Sang Som is Rum and Mekong is Whisky. In both products quality control, over and above alcohol content testing is non-existant. So you could get a hangover from a bottle of Sang Som one day and a week later buy a bottle from Halex and feel fine. Well that applies to you hardened alkies out there. The smell of a bottle being opened gives me a hangover.

If you guys are really into this reallly heavyt stuff there is a potion that can be obtained on the black market in Europe made from the extract of Almonds. That stuff really puts you on another planet.

"spaced out" with Mekong ? YES, too much kerosene in it for my taste and burns my heart the next day.

Ask the Mama San to buy you a bottle of Jack nearby.
