They'd taken a much larger space for the event this year, which obviously added to the parking problem.
There were several workshops where kids could make their own, and plenty of kites on sale. The kites themselves remind me of an alien invasion
.One disappointment this year - the tide was wrong. Other years, the tide has gone right out, meaning that spectators could get on the sea side of the festival, which in turn gave an unobstructed view. This year, we were constrained behind the barriers.
