Do insurance policies include courtesy car while car off road?

So sorry to hear the news. Glad Mrs. DM is ok. Be prepared for maybe delayed shock. My condolences for you loss. So sad for you both.
Re car, if its written off, the insurance should by rights pay out fairly quickly. Hope you had fully comprehensive insurance.

Glad all is OK, or at least as OK as it could be. My condolences on losing your baby hope your wife is doing OK between both catastrophes
