svga,
What a fantastic rant. 2 posts at full speed and not a bit of sense amongst it.
Picking on the wrong guy as well makes you star quality.
I'm very impressed with your qualifications, but wonder as to whether you were too busy to attend English classes.
Have you ever heard of a capital letter, paragraph or full stop?
I hope your computer is still working as there are probably online tutorials you could take advantage of.

Dear 2dandan
Many thanks for your advice, i have already apologised unreservedly to member concerned.
I am afraid i forgot my manners, I also have English qualification, did not realise that i needed to present my rants using paragraphs and correct punctuation.
Any future postings will be sent in correct format, your command of English leaves me impressed.
Hope that this format shown above is acceptable to you, I am a mere novice in the use of forums, I will ensure that I remember my English "lessons" for any future postings.
For your information, my computer is not functioning to its full capacity yet but have purchased new authentic software which should resolve the problems.
Have never received instruction in the use of the English language on one of these type of sites, it has been most educational, and reminded me that I should ensure that my presentation meets your exacting standards.
Self help tutorials on the internet are a great idea, it will allow me to up date my knowledge base in this wonderful language, thank you for your advice.
Once again, I agree that I made a fatal error, for which i have apologised, if one doesnt make mistakes occassionally life would be very boring.
It gives me hope for the future; that the safety of the English language is in the hands of such capable people as yourself.
Regards, oops sorry, yours sincerely
SVGA.
Regards
svga,
By the tone of your posts and your attitude towards other members of this board, including myself who were only trying to help, it seems that you deserved to get ripped off. "som num na" as they say in Thai.
When you have 35 years of experience working in ASIA then come back and tell us you know it all.

I can do no more than apologise which i have already done, have accepted comments and whilst my English language skills may not have been up to scratch in this instant I have taken a refresher course.JW wrote:Cill was meant to say CHILL!!
Who was talking about spelling!
My Thai however is even worse. so I dont understand what other gentleman referred to in his posting, I am now cilled, sorry chilled

I wish all contributors good postings and will view this site from afar.
Best wishes to all, I have never claimed to be an expert in any subject, my old father told me that each day brings new experiences and that we all continue the learning process on a daily basis through both our successes and failures, I try to follow his directions, life teaches us more each day, I continue to learn, over the past few days have found that it is difficult to report piracy to a "major" organisation in the industry and recieve a reply, have now had to write this off as another learning experience and buy new software, this time i ran a validation check before installation, as i said previously, its good to know that we can learn from our mistakes, life throws us a few swerve balls from time to time sometimes they hit you, sometimes they miss, but I will just keep trying.
regards to all.
Come on now SVGA. Don't go sulking in the corner.
I'm sure your apologies have been well received and the matter is now probably forgotten about. You left yourself wide open for the "advice" you latterly received and it's part of the fun of forums.
You got a kicking with this one, learn from it and if you're good and eat your dinner, you can have some sweeties after.
