However, I thought I detected a hint of bitterness in your appraisal of diplomatic practises in this part of the world.

I can asure you Sandman knows his onions on this type of topic, he is a mate of ours, i phoned him last friday to tell him that the night before there was four large rounds fired from artillary, untill the 19th i am at my house 4 km from Kap Choeng 20km from the cambodian border.
The locals recon that it was around 30kms away at Donsak another small stand off point.
