So even Cha-Am shows numbers rising over each of the last 3 days matching Hua Hin.

I don't see anything new. It seems to be about enforcement of existing rules. Have I missed the point?

There are a few subtle changes I think. Trouble is, it doesn't make easy reading, and I'm nodding by the changed bits.

In the 2nd. paragraph it says, "lifting and tightening of practices." Does that mean some practices are to be lifted and some tightened or?

I think paras 4.1 and 4.2 of the previous order were lifted and 4.3 was tightened.

I'm just back from HHH where I had a follow-up appointment on my eye operation. Covid testing was busy, but not manic as my daughter reported a couple of days ago. I'd guesstimate about 40 queuing.
