Was wanting to book tomorrow. 12 noon shown on front page. On booking page 1pm only :? -Tried to book but website does not work :banghead:
Why does a business that relies mainly upon people booking and unable to go to the office have such a cheap and useless booking system?

Yes Thank you, it helps!

I followed the instruction on the site:"Ticket can be purchased from the website http://www.belltravelservice.com" This option is a dead link.

I did not realise I had to use the "shared transfer " Which if to be believed from the website is for:
Shared Transfer

The purpose of this service is to pick-up customer from hotel’s door or airport terminal and drop-off at hotel’s door or airport terminal. There are many coaches scheduled to depart from each location. Customer can choose the coach time that suits your arrival or departure.
Just wish i had seen this last night as I am now too late to book at 12 noon on line. :banghead:

Took the bus both ways. On the way to the airport we were about 10 minutes north of Cha am and had to turn back around because they forgot to pick up 2 people in Cha am. It took us 3 hrs and 15 minutes to get to the airport. I had the first seat and could look out the window. This driver had a lead foot and and the ride was kind of like a minivan ride but a larger version.

On the way back it was at a slower pace which is fine with me. Took about 3 hours and 45 minutes but it was nice to see cars passing by us, instead of us passing them.

I had a very pleasant journey from and to the airport in april and, having enlisted the help of a friend, I've figured out the on line booking form.I'm booked again for when I return in June.
In addition to the pleasant ride, the height of the coach makes the journey a scenic pleasure also.
After years of taxi journeys from and to bkk I'd highly recomend this service.
Happy are those who dream dreams that come true.

11. What if my flight delays and I miss my coach, can I take the next one?
Yes, you can but you must prove to us that your flight delays and lands within 30 minutes prior to booked coach departure time. It also depends on seats availability. We recommend you to book the coach that has at least 1 hour from your estimate time arrival (ETA).

Friday 28 June Hua Hin bus station Depart at 09:00 (but then someone turned up just as the bus was leaving!) 10 passengers on a 24 seater bus, picked up 2 in Cha Am. Steady 3.5 hour journey to Suvarnabhumi airport. Depart airport for Pattaya 14:10, 40 Passengers on 40 Seater bus. Steady 1.5 hours journey to Roong Reuang Coach station, Pattaya, transfer to mini van to Hotel.
Monday 1 July Hotel pick up 10:00, transfer to Roong Reuang Coach station. Depart 11:05, 40 Passengers on 40 Seater bus. Steady 1.5 hour journey to Suvarnabhumi airport. Depart Suvarnabhumi airport 13:34, 19 passengers on 24 seater bus, dropped off 7 at Cha Am. Steady 3 hour 20 minute journey to Hua Hin. Bus cold.
To conclude this is an alternative to taking minivans/bus via Bangkok. A little longer, but more comfort. There was a bus leaving from the airport to Pattaya at 13:00. but this is not bookable and does not take you to your hotel. Two other passengers took the same journey as me from Pattaya. Will certainly use this method again! Also for my forthcoming journey just to Bangkok city.

Heard on the 'barvine' that there is a charge for excess baggage. True or false?

That is true, but airlines have been doing that for years, and charging a hell of a lot more.

Each customer is allowed to have 1 normal sized check-in luggage and 1 carry-on. Extra 1-2 luggage is allowed with additional fee of THB 20/piece except for television or any large item that will be THB 200/piece.

Great report Timandt, I have used the bus to go to BKK and really enjoyed the trip, never thought about using it for Pattaya :). I have heard some really stupid complaints, one about a day when traffic was crazy and it took 4hr and another about being charged 20baht for extra baggage... i hope they get the support they need to keep the service going.

Exactly, 20 baht is a pittance so how anybody can complain it defies logic!!

I booked 2 days ago to go to the Airport today...friendly folk behind the window at the bus-station, the man told me the 2pm bus will take 4 hours to the A/pt..then asked me if this was OK..? (nice that).
Yes Richard there's a surcharge now for baggage over 20kgs, but the fee is only 20b so no big deal there.
