what great info on dining lately! Where do you get some traditional undiluted nam ooi, nam minau and nam som in and around HH ?

CharlesH I found good local Thai food not diluted at Bam Bams in Poolsuk Rd on the same side of the road as Oneil's Bar and also very reasonable price. Always lot of locals eating there was a good sign and all freshly cooked. Seafood there always seems to be fresh

WHY DO YOU FARANGS GO ON ABOUT GOOD SEAFOOD HERE!!

IN ALL OF THAILAND HH MUST BE THE WORST AND MOST EXPENSIVE IN ASIA.

GO TO THE NIGHT MARKET, MOST SEAFOOD AND FISH NEED DEATH CERTICATES ,SAME IN FRESH MARKET.

ALL THE GOOD STUFF GETS SHIPPED TO BANGKOK OR OVERSEAS.

WARNING. IF YOU SMELL FISH--DONT EAT IT. IF EYES NOT ALIVE LOOKING DONT BUY IT.
IF SKIN SLIMY DONT GO NEAR IT,

IT NOT ONLY FARANGS BUT LOCALS HERE NO NOTHING OF QUALITY.

EXAMPLE, RAIN 3 DAYS, BIG WAVES, NO FISHING BOATS? WHERE DO THE FRESH FISH COME FROM!!

Little imp why were you shouting
I eat fish regularly (part of a balanced diet) my partner buys it from the day market I also eat fish in restaurants, overall the quality of the fish is excellent.
I would rather eat fish here it tastes a lot fresher than the fish out of supermarkets in England
