Not sure about Yoga classes but I understand that Webster University is offering some great Buddhist and Hindu Studies classes from October - they could be worth checking out:

I think there's a place on Naresdamri Road, just north of the entrance to The Sofitel.
No idea if it's any good, or if it's still there.
