Hilton Club info
I am curious if the club at the hilton is busy and full of girls every night or if it is just a weekend thing. I cant remember from last year what nights i was there. Can anyone help with this?
The subject of the Hilton has been touched upon a few times here Isiah - generally a lot of the members don't like it very much.
I'm kinda in between - I agree the band are repetitive and boring and the price of drinks is a complete wind up, but....there are always a lot of girls to choose from, and generally a few lookers up for a laugh.
In high season it's packed out nearly every night.
At this time of year I suppose it really depends how busy the town is - if the town's busy, the bar's will be busy, and there'll be plenty girls in town. If things are quiet a lot of the girls will go home then come back around October, as high season kicks off. So I dunno....you'll have to play it by ear I think. But yes, I would imagine it will be a bit busier at the weekend.

Correct me if I'm wrong lomu but my take on it is that the Hilton are the first and only hotel in Hua Hin to kick up a fuss and try to get all the bars shut down. They want the bars gone as they "ruin our upmarket reputation". The reason there is no alternative late night spot for foreigners in town is because the Hilton have actively put a stop to any plans anyone has made to develop one.isiah wrote:What do u mean by two faced?
The two faced bit comes in as the Hilton brew pub is the biggest meat market in Hua Hin. They even let the bar girls in free and charge the foreigners (well at least they used to).

When I first came to HH 7 years ago, I had a bar down Soi Bintabart. In those days, The Hilton was The Melia and we never had any bother from the the authorities. You could open 24 hours a day, as long as you kept an orderly house after 2am.
As soon as The Hilton took over, police presence increased significantly. Closing times were enforced, probably for the first time ever in HH and the subject of "zoning" the bars out of the town centre became a major issue.
In the meantime, our "up market, frindly" Hilton Hotel was building it's own disco/entertainment area that quickly became the biggest clearing house for the girls after their work in the bars was finished because of the newly enforced closing times.
That's two faced. Hypocritical s****.

Dont even start me off on this subject it has been covered many times before and is very anoying to say the least , buksi's comments are 100% correct but slightly under stated ,Im sure buksi wished to add many more comments and im quite sure that hilton (hua hin Smithfields ) have maybe read the threads on the forum ,needless to say they have never commented or made any attempts to comment due to the facts being correct and true

Join the club. I havn't been there for about 2-3 years and I know plenty of ex-pats who wouldn't set foot over the threshold either.
I even went once to join the health club about a year ago. Gym looked fine, but I was told that seeing as I was only a lowly inhabitant of HH, I couldn't use the pool.

Haven't been there for years myself either, but I miss their Elephant's Tusk beer. Thought that was good.

Not sure what was going on when you were enquiring about the Gym membership Lomuamart .....
I'm also a lowly HH inhabitant and I've regularly taken out monthly memberships and currently have an annual membership at the Hilton gym.
I have always been able to use all the facilities including the pool and the membership card also gets you a 10% discount in some of the restaurants.

A lot of opionated bollocks being posted here, again. You know what you get with the Hilton...take it or leave it, but don't knock those who don't see it the way you do. I went there for the first time in a long time last Tuesday. It was late, I was pissed, the place was busy and it was great fun for a couple of hours. If you're in the mood and know what you're getting, it can be good fun. If you're in a miserable mood, then it will always be just awful. It serves an audience, and does it well. Just because you don't like it, you don't have to knock it. Just take it for what it is...if you don't like curry, don't go to an Indian restaurant.

not wishing to be patronizing but you cant be serious in you comments you maybe work for the Hilton, or you want a job,,, the Hilton has never been fun , and its not because we live here its because it is to be totally frank SHITE ,we all come from educated backgrounds and appreciate good quality entertainment ,obviously you like to go out get pissed enjoyed low quality entertainment and fall for the first slag that falls in your lap and take her home and do the business , maybe you cant get a bid or a bird back home, where ever you come from that’s why you enjoy this sort of place, if you really think the Hilton is fun surely you have had a very deprived child hood or you are a sexual deviant ,in which case the Hilton will love your custom as they have lots on offer for your sort , I really don’t want to sound like a full blown TWAT ( I can be ), but if you seriously enjoy what the Hilton has to offer you need serious counseling possibly internment for a spell of medication ,,, I am very sorry but I have been there three times and found it to be SHITE on all occasions , I think you may be one of those people we all avoid at wedding parties better known as uncle knobby , how you can enjoy the Hilton is beyond my comprehension . I need to go and relax ant take some serious medication now you have really stressed me out and I don’t get stressed easily enjoy the rest of your holiday being a Muppet paying 3 times the price of a beer at the Hilton and listening to SHITE music .and of course paying for girls who don’t actually exist in the eyes of the Hilton but they allow them to ply their trade in flesh for cash on their premises
And no I am not a prude but I distain from people who pretend to something the are not
The Hilton pretends to be a high class establishment without prostitution but forces all the working girls to go there by closing all the competition down by unfair means
So they are worse than the local bars that actually pay wages for Girls and their time prior to going to the Hilton

This forum is classed as adult information I have been in Thailand for almost five years on and off
The Hua Hin after dark site has for me been the only site I have come across that has been un biased in any matter regarding Hua Hin on any particular thing and the content to be very valuable and straight to the point to tourists who visit Hua Hin, the people who run this site and the moderators have a extremely good local knowledge and in my opinion have the insight to give valuable and correct information about the town and local venues.
From what I have been told these guys are here in Hua Hin and not on some anonymous multy million baht website based in Europe or wherever or just hotel brokers and just creaming the money out of Thailand they actually promote the good things in Hua Hin and Thailand for no monetary repayment and are actually putting something back.
Well Jim what are you here for A SHAG well the Hilton is defanatly your sort of place
