Off-topic, on Lazada I have bulk ordered Indian food side dishes in foil packaging, actually advertised as dangerously near their use by date (around a month to go) as they are so cheap. I'm from a previous 'non-precious' generation. :D

the few fresh foods I buy from are always surprisingly well packed and cooled.
One time I ordered pizza bread on a Thursday and that arrived Monday... That was not cooled anymore.
More my mistake. Now order perishables on Monday

As a number of you were into “Big” sausage rolls, I thought I’d make mine in a similar fashion rather than the normal 3-4” these maxed out at a full 12”!!

Yes, proper sausage rolls :D

They look good.

[Edit] Off topic, but we're experimenting with egg custard tarts in the air fryer today. I doubt they look anywhere near as good as your sausage rolls though. Egg custard is one of my favourites, but Thai egg custard is made with coconut, which my body rejects. Fingers crossed.

Well I don’t know about you Lost, but I’ve never had a 12” one anywhere near my mouth so wasn’t going to start now!!

Four 15cm sausage rolls weighing in at a hefty 225g each, ready to be cut into 16 man-sized bite ones if required (I use eight of the Makro flaky pastry
strips, four rolled at the same time).

I make kilos of the meat mixture in bulk and freeze it in 500g parcels, so it's very quick to knock these up.

The point of my post is that the cost less than 50 Baht per very substantial roll including electricity for cooking, and that's why I hate paying Nany's and others prices this year, and don't. Three for 99 Baht was fine, but that's 2023-2024 prices.

I'm going to have a go at making Heinz-style cream of tomato soup soon, I didn't taste that for over a year!

Nice, if only! And I could spray some on the wife for the nights I'm less keen than her.
