He was exactly the same at Chelsea, fantastic pace put him through on goal time after time, and as predictable as ever, the goalkeeper would save his feeble effort. It was a surprise when in such a situation, he did actually score, but all too rarely. Too much time to think is his downfall, sadly that's a consequence of his main asset - speed. It turns out he was keeping the seat warm for Jackson, who displayed similar traits - again - against Brighton on Saturday.

It would appear that Ten Hag has been given a (brief) reprieve after yesterday’s dismissal performance, but unless he starts to get results soon, his head could roll in the next few weeks.
