Where is a Kerry Express parcel office now?

Post by 404cameljockey »

They've closed their big centre on Petch Road, maybe for renovation (now they're called KEX I think, maybe they have big ideas!).

Where can I drop off a parcel to be delivered to Bangkok? They have several Hua Hin locations shown on Google Maps but most of those aren't for dropping off parcels I think, and the last one I tried didn't even exist?

I don't use Kerry pickup as I never know if I'll be at home to give it to them.

There's probably a parcel drop off point near where you live. Possibly it has signs for Flash, J&T, Kerry, etc. I think that they will happily accept for Kerry, if that's who you want to use. We usually use Flash for next day delivery in Bangkok.

Thanks mate, yes not thinking clearly, need more coffee. I think the small post office near to me does it.

It's a Lazada return, so it's free to use them!

7-11s used to do Lazada returns. Don't know if they still do though. It's been years since I needed that service.

I tried two large 7-Elevens today on Petch Road, and each time after a long interaction they said wrong bar code or order number. They had no idea of what they were doing, a senior staff member had to finally say this each time after looking in a file of loose sheets.

I finally found a small Kerry office about 50 metres before Makro on Petch Road who took it, scanned it and inside a minute gave me a ticket with a waybill number. I can only pray it gets back to the seller!

I suppose, that with the large number of parcel offices now, that 7-11 don't get that sort of business nowadays.

On the original question, when I was out yesterday I noticed that there is a Kerry office on Petchkasem right opposite the b-quik site.

The large Kerry parcel office in the car park of B-Quik was closed for weeks, I assumed for renovation. I didn't notice one on the opposite side of the road, worth knowing.
