Trusted house/condo cleaner

Hi! Any idea how to find a trusted person to check / ventilate / clean my condo during my long absences? And should not only be trustworthy, but also understand English. Thanks.

Have you checked if the condo management provide this service? Usually the same staff who work there anyway?
