Seeking land and worker for aquaculture business

On this subject, what if I wanted to have few crops and a fish pond on a plot of land my wife owns, would there be a justication for legal complaint against me if I am on the land while my wife is attending to the fish or crops?

None that I can see. She is growing stuff on her personal property (สินส่วนตัว), you have a marriage certificate, and you are using the land so the government cannot label it as abandoned and won't confiscate it.
Of course, if you decide to run it as a business under your own name/company, with the land as the registered address, that would be a different story.. and another big can of worms.
