Call it 45

Imagine paying 2000 baht in HH(outside of Marriot etc) for a meal and 2 drinks

Reminds me of eating Thai food in St Andrews Scotland.... that was more(including wine)

Crazy really!

If I paid 50 quid a ahead for a curry in Bexleyheath or Welling I'd check myself in for psychiatry! Even Blackheath. :D

Extremely good - if I don't go to Shiva, I would head there next, if cost is a factor, it's probably the best there is imo.

It's cheap. Not tried it myself but read many good reports.
Give it a try and form your own opinion. If you don't like it then you've lost a few baht.

Last night BKP....veg curry and 2 stuffed breads B180! Bloody lovely!

I had been in Isaan due to family commitments and had been surviving on what I could grill myself so my body wanted veg...555!

That's a weird statement. Do you not eat Thai food?

Yes more than 50% of the time! We were at my father in laws funeral which was a large affair and I didn't want to be a burden so stayed on the periphery and looked after myself ( and the dog). This was in the wilds towards Nong Kai ! Staying in a run down resort/ local knocking shop!

It’s called Sanjyai and yes, it is to the left of the stage, and yes, it can be very, very noisy. If you want to avoid the noise, visit early, before the band takes the stage.

I really like the food, and it's cheap, and you can get a takeaway. :D

So when does the ear shattering noise start, destroying the " ambience " of this fine dining experience ?
