Sorry the only one I know is predominantly a paint shop and is next door to Bangkok Hospital(North side)

I have bought taps and accessories from there, but don't know the extent of their range.

One of the two hardware shops next to each other on the Huay Mongkol Road may have what you want. Just by Hua Hin Huay Mongkol Soi 11/1.
