Air quality and sore throat!

I've had a sore throat for the past few days and I suspect it's due to the air quality we've had for a while now and outdoor hobbies / activity but I could be wrong . Anyone else who spend a lot of time with outdoor activities have such symptoms?Should take into account that I have no other cold-like symptoms.

Yes many symptoms like this. Sore throat, difficulty to breathe. I wennt in hospital last week for irritation on eye. Doctor told me it is from pollution. He said that they see a surge of patient for lungs and hearts problems. he recommend me to not have sport or exercise activity outdoor now.

Thank you for replying. Sorry to hear that you even needed a doctor visit. The better half have walked around sneezing/ coughing for nearly a month but have checked for both Covid and seasonal flu but its not! However usually air getter better by April so lets hope!
