After more than a dozen successful, fast orders with excellent products delivered, I have been cheated by a Shopee seller. She cancelled the order ( god only knows why) and did not refund what I paid for it.
Sooo Does anyone know of an English language Shopee contact, helpline address, Shopee email or other way to report this to the folks at Shopee?
In checking around to see what I can do to prompt a refund, I see that the seller's "store" has a 100% cancellation rate. What kind of business is this? Shopee is supposed to have all kinds of guarantees and promises of security and nobody noticed this sham?
