Just as I was about to celebrate success, she asked me when are you flying, so when I answered Saturday morning she replied, hopefully you’ll get your test results back in time!! For FS, you can’t do the test more than 72 hours before flying so once again I’ll be anxiously watching my inbox for an email to arrive!!
When I visited the UK in September I used Randox Health for a day 2 PCR test and they were surprisingly efficient. I dropped the completed kit off at a drop point in Nottingham at about 16:00 and got an email that it had arrived at a lab. in Northern Ireland at 05:00 the next morning followed by a result at midday.
When I first had to pay for it I thought 48 pound was a bit much but considering the service, it seems reasonable.

To be honest, I was only there for a couple of days so I didn't actually care if I got a result or not, I just needed the reference number for the flight. I was just surprised when it worked so efficiently.

Thanks for being a sounding board - and make sure you get that 72 hrs before returning test!!
Another test of my patience and raised stress levels!! Before you do your test you have to go online and register your kit - enter the reference number that’s printed on the envelope and test tube and then enter the 4-digit activation code, only there wasn’t a code on my email. So I had to call them - first time - sorry you’ll need to send an email from the same account you used when buying the kit. This I do and the reply I received was basically “the activation code is on the email you received confirming the despatch of the kit” only there wasn’t a code - I even got my son to check to make sure I wasn’t going mad (that’s more mad). So back on the phone and this time the woman I spoke to gave me the activation code over the phone - and I was in. I was more anxious than need be as I got my negative result back just before 5pm UK time today - about 24 hours from posting it yesterday, so a pretty good turnaround and the final piece of the jigsaw prior to my flight on Saturday.
true or false, I have a friend who has applied for a non immigrant O visa in 90 days through one agency. He was informed today that Thailand Pass does not handle applications beyond 1 month tourist visa and that the problem could be solved tomorrow or in one or more months. Is this right ?

I applied for the Thailand Pass this week and there was a section to enter visa details if you have one.
I think you're misunderstanding my question. I want a 90-day nonimmigrant O visa, but my agency claims that the application process for all types of visas other than 30-day tourist visas has collapsed, and has been out of order for several days. I wonder if this is a reality or fake news
I applied for my Non 0 in the UK 8 days ago, and not a single sign of confirmation except for my application being in the 'proccessing' stage if I check my E-visa page.. I will give it till this time next week (11+ working days) then will e-mail/ring the London Embassy... On the plus side I've had no notification that my application has been rejected..

On your behalf, I'm not happy, although your post confirms what I've heard, that thaievisa is now struggling these days, both with processing received applications, but also with accepting new applications.
We have been waiting 9 days since application in the UK, emailed and just the automated reply stating a 3 to 5 day timeframe for an actual answer.
We fly on Friday 19th so will try to call on Monday.
We received our Thailand pass iin 4 days.

I fully understand why you want the visa, but in a worse case scenario are you able to enter on the 30 day tourist “visa” and then convert that to a non-immigrant O visa after arriving?
I don’t know how to post a picture on here but the thai embassy in D.C. as well as the consulate in NYC states the Thai E-Visa website is under maintenance until November 15. My friend in Canada is waiting or his Visa and he flies out Wednesday, Nov. 17. If he doesn’t get it in time he will just arrive in the 30 days and figure it out later.
Does anyone know if Hua Hin immigration is extending the 60 day tourist visa past the 1st 30 day extension? In March, 2021 it wasn’t a problem extending to 60, 90 then 120 days. I arrive Nov 18 hoping to stay until mid March. I would prefer not to do a round trip flight to a nearby eligible country. (if there is one)
