I think that the "authorities" don't really know what to do so they impose as strict a regime as they think people will endure, and hope for the best.
In the US, most states that have re-opened have experienced a spike in Covid cases. So maybe, avoiding other humans is a good thing. I've been avoiding them for years and it's worked out well.

When you make a claim you are obliged to post a relevant trustworthy link, not my problem if you don't have the basic tech savvy to copy and paste. Right click is your friend.

Well, I'm still in Lock-down as such, and I know DM is upset with regards to Welsh superiority , so a heads up for English Wendy/Footy Baller supporters for this coming Sunday: -
Ch4 (UK TV) Sunday 07.06 @ 13:30 - 1966 World Cup Final
Quite a while isn't it?

This is sort of relevant to restrictions but mods feel free to move it.
Despite bars and the like being closed, today i had a very pleasant afternoon at Sport Villa. I've not been there for a long time as my kids grew up!! But they've been replaced by grandchildren. Very safe as even Sunday and Songkran, the place was almost empty. The kids were free to swim in the pool, my daughter was okay to 'kill' herself in the gym and me - I was able to sit, eating very good Thai food washed down with several gin and tonics (Ok. You have to take your own gin). Prices are really cheap.
Very enjoyable afternoon. I'll definitely be back a few times while the closure is on.

Good for you HH, I´m jealous. Obviously Thailand is going for the "lockdown lite" approach to Covid,......to swim in the pool, my daughter was okay to 'kill' herself in the gym and me - I was able to sit, eating very good Thai food washed down with several gin and tonics....
I've just had five months of Netflix and cans of supermarket lager!

The 'true' bit seems to be that the police found some smuggled cigarettes and a few 'illegal' e-cigarettes... Another stunning success for Thailand's crimefighters!

I think there was more to it than that. Below one of the stories published in recent days.

What puzzles me is if they are in hospital for covid, how are they fit enough to take part in orgies

Re: Activities During Lockdown
It is/they are field hospitals. They're all asymptomatic, or just a bit worse, and tested positive. Not really sick or needing a real hospital. The purpose of those places is simply so they don't spread it in their homes/neighborhoods etc.lindosfan1 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 29, 2021 4:31 pm What puzzles me is if they are in hospital for covid, how are they fit enough to take part in orgies
In the UK and elsewhere people where just told to go home and self quarantine. They started that here but little trust, and still like to jam people into warehouses with cardboard beds it appears.
