Hi guys, I'm currently in New Zealand with my Thai partner and am thinking of applying for a 5 year Thai elite visa.
Is this still a good option?
I realise that with Covid we would still need to do the mandatory tests and managed isolation when we arrive, but after talking with the Thai embassy before it appears they are still issuing the Elite visas along with the special tourist visas.
Any information would be appreciated.
Cheers

Sounds like a LOT of money for a few golf and spa discounts and very few other real benefits:

A Thai scam.

Another Thai scam.
Re: Thai elite visa
I looked into it over a year ago and priced out all the "perks" they offer vs purchasing each on your own. It only makes sense if you have excess money and want the convenience of the escorting in and out of the airport and free taxy two and from the airport. You can purchase all of those services individually for much less than the 600,000 baht for 5 years visa. All depends on how much money you want to spend to get the perks. If you have the excess funds then spend your money.
