Killing Eve has just started with season three.

Westworld season three is also warming up now after a slow start.

One to revisit: Britannia which loosely depicts the Roman invasion of Britain.

One to revisit: Britannia which loosely depicts the Roman invasion of Britain.

Just watched the first couple of episodes of this and I'm rather enjoying it. "Loosely depicts" is a fair assessment: some of those ancient Brits are surprisingly well-versed in the use of irony, and they all seem to speak the same language as the Romans, with no communication problems, which is quite handy.

There's a lot of mystic nonsense involving druid trips to the Underworld, sharpened teeth, hypnotism, mind reading, etc., but I don't mind all that. The Outcast is a great character, hugely entertaining. Iain McDiarmid, who played the Emperor in the Star Wars films, is a suitably twisted tribal king. Aside from the occasional bit of flaying alive and eyes being burned out, I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of it.

So by tonight I will have concluded Homeland(best drama series I've ever watched! ) , Better Call Saul, Ozark S3 and The Nest(cr@p final episode) all culminating within the space of a few days.

Poor planning on my part. Need to replenish the stock!

I have Money Heist and the plot against America on the go, both of which are average...

Recently watched...

Goliath, true detective 3, Messiah, Occupied(Norway) Trapped S1, Escape from Dannnemaro, Jack Ryan 1 & 2, Guilt(bbc Scotland) top boy, fleabag

Any top tips for the boring nights ahead?

Happy to watch good movies /one-off documentaries

If you can access BBC iPlayer they have a number of older Dramas available, including Spooks, Line of Duty, Luther, Silent Witness - that should keep you busy for a few weeks.

Finding good dramas for my tastes is becoming harder but here's what I'm currently watching

White House Farm...Revolves around the true story of a fateful night in August 1985 when five members of the same family are murdered at an Essex farmhouse, and the ensuing police investigation and court case that follows.

Interrogation...A non-linear crime series that is centered around an interrogation of people who might be involved in a decades-old murder case.

Hunters....In 1977, in New York City, a troubled young Jewish man bent on revenge is taken in by a secret group of Nazi hunters fighting a clandestine war against the cabal of high-ranking Nazi officials in hiding who work to create the Fourth Reich.(Al Pacino back on form)

Ps I finally got around to starting Band of Brothers about 19 years after it was made.
