@caller is right - it's clear from looking at the way support columns come down to ground level by the time they reach Soi 106, that when it reaches the flyover, the railway line will be at ground level. So as he says, the flyover itself will not be affected but the u-turn road underneath it will have to be re-routed slightly (just shortened, basically).
