Hin Lek Fai Viewpoint Closing Time

I'm considering watching 2020 arrive from the Hin Lek Fai viewpoint. Does anybody know if there is a closing time please?

Be careful of your cars and motorbikes, those monkeys up there are buggers and will trash anything left too long!

Closes at 8 in the evening but opens at 6 in morning.
