My 3 1/2 year old is now very keen on Jigsaws. I bought a 24 piece floor puzzle back from the UK when i was last there and she would like more.
In the UK, toysrus and elsewhere have hundreds. I Esp. like Ravensburg. very good quality, wont fall apart quickly.
Cant seem to find any in HH. Am i being blind, or do i need to go to Bangkok, and if so, are there any particularly noteworthy places. Is one Toysrus better than elsewhere or is Central Chidlom the place, or Emporium ? or is there a specialist jigsaw shop ?
or would it be cheaper and better, if possible, to buy them mail order, even with the postage / packing costs.
all experiences welcome !

Re: Jigsaw Puzzles
Have you checked the Toys R Us on the top floor of Market Village, or one of the other toy shops up there? Not as good as a real Toys R Us, but pretty good for Thailand.

Re: Jigsaw Puzzles
To revive this very old thread, does anyone know if jigsaw puzzles are now available in Huahin?
Or do any members have any jigsaws, preferably 1000+ pieces, they want to move on to a good home?

Re: Jigsaw Puzzles
You can sometimes find jigsaws in the book shop on the basement floor of market village. They sell a variety of things in there. Some of the toys are astronomical prices! But you can sometimes pick up things at a reduced price. We found a 100 piece jigsaw in there for our daughter.

This may make you scream as your goal may be to get away from a computer, however there are many on-line jigsaw puzzle sites. One is listed below if interested.

Re: Jigsaw Puzzles
My mum, who is an manic jigsaw puzzler, discovered online jigsaws on her visit here. She's sold on the idea and uses them all the time in the UK now. Instead of having them spread across a table, she sits quite comfortably with her 'tablet'.
