A bit over ฿2k a day. Hope your hotels are paid for.

For just food and sipping, should work. About my daily budget when playing tourist. Others would be hotel and food / sipping. Then other folks, would be one meal....maybe....LOL Or just their beer tab, for one person.....

Really depends, on what, and where your spending it.

2300baht/day---Hotel, eating in street markets and a couple of beers a day--- Probably have a few baht left for an ice cream for the little one. A very basic 7 days. HH is a strange choice if you are on a tight budget.
