Maybe the security guys would have stepped in if someone had suggested it?
Maybe a little help to the farang after it was over?
One does not necessarily need to step into a fight to help.
But, standing around and doing nothing and then reporting it on a social chat site, is a problem in my mind.
To me, the only thing that could be worse is to have stood there with camera in hand and done nithing.
As for the Songkran incident, the farang woman started it as shown in the video and she got what she deserved.
LOL, do they have security guys now? Just shows how long it is since I frequented that area at night. Apologies, my ignorance. I agree, if there were security staff employed, then I agree, they should have intervened.
Helping after the event? Still a grey area for me. I have no training - if there was nobody else around, yes, I'd attempt some First Aid, but if there were others around, I personally would assume they know more than me. I would not want to cause further damage.
[Off topic, but a little bit relevant to your comment, my son was involved in an horrific road accident a couple of weeks ago. I have the CCTV footage. The first person on the scene was a Farang, who reached for his phone, took a couple of photos, and left again. I found that quite disgusting, but in hindsight, there was very little he could have done - it had to be left to professionals. I would have been more disgusted if those photos had found their way to social media. We are a strange breed.]
Being severely kicked in the head as a deserved punishment

. I agree the lady was at fault, but what exactly was the crime? I would hate to have you as the judge if I were ever to appear in court.
