It's not over until the rotund one warbles, but BB and Parahandy are running away with things at the moment...... :cuss:

Didn't get to see the race - was watching rugby whilst trying to ignore the LHG telling me I'd had a "Boy's Rugby Day Out" yesterday....

Anywho, seems like a hell of a race from Hamilton - 10th to 2nd, problems with "water pressure" (?)... big hand to him!

This is Rosberg's year it seems as he wins another. Valiant effort by Hamilton as Pharvey indicated. Big Boy had the best race with 16.5 points as did Pitsch, but BB takes it based upon type of points. Leader change now as the top three are Big Boy, Parahandy and Pitsch.

1 ▲1 BigBoy (Yellow Cap) 64.50
2 ▼1 Parahandy 64.00
3 ▲3 pitsch 59.00
4 ▼1 mwbrown 56.00
5 - redzonerocker 55.00
6 ▼2 lindosfan 55.00
7 ▲1 pharvey 55.00
8 ▼1 JJBones 48.00
9 - Vital Spark 46.50
10 - Terry 45.50
11 ▲1 Pete 41.00
12 ▼1 bsdk1960 35.50

Next up is Spain on May 15. Good luck to all! :thumb:

I can't see how what Kvyat did to Vettel can be considered anything but intentional. Watch the media as I think something will be changing at Red Bull before long. Pete

He's now won 7 straight - and a slightly bizarre record...... although I suspect not for long: -

"Rosberg is the most successful driver never to have won a title, having now overtaken Britain's Stirling Moss who was overall runner-up four times in the 1950s".

Some kind of score should show up by your name later this week, if this is the first time you've missed making picks this season. See below from the Superbru F1 site. Pete

"Default Picks

The first time you miss your picks for a race, you will be allocated a default pick of the race grid. You will not qualify for EBP or pole position scoring. For subsequent missed races, you will earn no points.
Why does SuperBru have default picks?

We use the default pick system because we don't want people who miss a race to feel like they've fallen behind and that there's not much point in continuing. Over a long season, you might well have one week where you are tied up at work, busy with family or away from internet access. The default system is there as a safety net - and as it is so limited, someone who persistently fails to pick will not benefit from it."

If nothing shows up in a few days, email them at support@superbru.com telling them you should have received default picks, give them your username and pool name. Pete

Ricciardo gets new teenage F1 teammate

https://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/sport ... -teammate/

Daniel Ricciardo will have a new teammate at next week's Spanish Formula One Grand Prix after Red Bull dumped Daniil Kvyat.

The team on Thursday announced the shock switch, with Toro Rosso driver Max Verstappen replacing Kvyat - who will re-join sister outfit Toro Rosso.

It follows Kvyat's crashes in Sunday's Russian Grand Prix, which led to Sebastian Vettel retiring from the race and ruined Ricciardo's chances of a decent result.

"Max has proven to be an outstanding young talent," Red Bull boss Christian Horner said.

"His performance at Toro Rosso has been impressive so far and we are pleased to give him the opportunity to drive for Red Bull Racing.

"We are in the unique position to have all four drivers across Red Bull Racing and Toro Rosso under long term contracts with Red Bull, so we have the flexibility to move them between the two teams.

"Dani will be able to continue his development at Toro Rosso, in a team that he is familiar with, giving him the chance to regain his form and show his potential."
May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil know`s you`re dead!

^ Big move for Verstappen and a good move IMHO for Red Bull. Kvyat is a complete and utter nutter.... then again he is a Ruski..!! 90% Tw@ts IMO of those I've met are - and not just the tourists... I've worked there and have worked with them.
