Geminids meteor shower to peak midnight Sunday

Thais can enjoy watching the Geminids meteor shower around the country Sunday night, astronomer Worawit Tanwutthibanthit said.

He said the sighting could be around 80 meteors per hour and the peak would happen at midnight. He said Thais need to look at the northeast direction.

Have my eye on it Pete. Using an app called 'Meteor shower calendar' that pulls up all the showers through the year. I can then search using the 'Skyeye' app; it will locate the constellation you're looking for - really neat.
Bit cloudy just now up in Chonburi just on the edge of Rayong hopefully it will improve. ..
