*garden - I like to grow veges/herbs, and potentially have a dog
*countrified, peaceful, near nature or near the beach
*kitchen with oven for baking
*aircon
*whitegoods/semi furnished or fully furnished
*location preferred anywhere between soi 56, soi 6 & borfai areas, including Smorphrong OR near khao takiab. Open to other areas though.
*communal or private pool - this will be pushing it I know at this price, but as it's a wish list, I've put it on
Reliable, quiet tenant with excellent references.
