I appear to have been prevented from sending pm,s. Is this a blanket measure or some form of penalisation?

Sure your hitting the right buttons clive? One of the computer literate guys will no doubt have the answer.

It Has come to light Certain members have been abusing the Pm system for their own ends in which case they are in breach of terms and conditions and may have had their PM system DISABLED, also raising this issue on the main forum board is breaching terms and conditions, several members Pm usage has been removed.......According to the following sections of T & C

Sections, 3, 13, 15, 23

Any continued abuse or repeated use of Pm system for personal business activities will not be tolerated,
Also any discussion regarding any Admin or moderators decisions on any open forum may lead to the user being removed from the forum period
