Expensive airfares out of Bangkok

We are shortly moving to Hua Hin and will be travelling back to Dubai from time to time and also to Europe and we have noticed how expensive airfares are when travelling from Bangkok compared to when travelling to Bangkok.

Can anyone shed some light on this or provide some travel tips re this ?

I have long noticed that price round trip from BKK to the U.S. is much more on the same airline as the other way around. Only answer is to search all the best fairs you can find for the route. Sometimes some real jewels come up.
