3000Z sounds Honda......
Although a grill like that looks a good bit older... 1960s?

This one is a challenge because I don't know what it is! I think it's French or Italian and it doesn't seem to be anything obvious:

The diagonal stripe across the grille is quite Volvoesque, without the roundel though.
Volvo PV655 cabriolet (but it's not one of them)

Is it a factory built car, a replica or a kit car?

It's a prewar original from a low volume producer that went out of business some time ago.

It looks very much like the Atlanta Sports Tourer to me. The number plate looks like a Jersey number. It may be a Citroen. I think the car is c1930

It's not an Atlanta Sports Tourer but it's of the same period, late 30's and the number plate is an old Luxembourg number. It's not a Citroen but that puts you in the right country.

It's a French company that produced a couple of hundred cars a year between the early 1920's and the 1950's.

I think we'll have to give up on that one, it's a 1938 Georges Irat Roadster, they were produced between 1935 and 1940 at a factory in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Paris. Georges Irat produced cars from 1921 and 1953 and they don't seem to be as unknown here as they are elsewhere, I'd never seen one before but I came across a small classic car rally on Sunday and there were two of them.
